Aerodance was established by Ranjani Manda in 1999 and since then has grown to be a premier dance school in Bay Area.

 'Aerodance -  A school of Semi-Classical Dance' was founded with an objective to create an opportunity for children to get better exposure and insight into rich cultural heritage of India.

Ranjani Manda obtained advanced training in Kuchipudi for over twelve years under the esteemed tutelage of Sri. Satyanarayana garu from Kuchipudi Kalakshetra - a renowned school founded by Sri. Vempati Chinna Satyam garu. Ranjani also recieved extensive  training in  Kathak and Bharatnatyam and has given several dance recitals in India and United States. 

Extensive exposure and rigorous training in Classical dance has an influence on her choreography that is marked with a balanced fusion of classical and contemporary steps; thus evolving into Semi-Classical dance form.

Ranjani has choreographed over 500 semi-classical dance routines. Evolving from a fusion of Classical (Kathak, Kuchipudi, Bharatnatyam, Odissi), Folk (Bhangra, Bihu, Garba, Gidda, Lavani, Lambadi, Rajasthani), Devotional and Contemporary art forms, her dances create a visual extravaganza. Her relentless research in various dance forms combined with insightful knowledge in aerobics and contemporary dance has propelled Aerodance to being a top dance school.

Aerodance strives to inculcate, nurture and enhance creative and technical dance skills in all students thereby structuring them into spirited competitive dance teams. Aerodance aims at providing personal attention to each student and focuses on their individual growth.
